About The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Partnerships Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and nurturing partnerships with B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Partnerships Associate, your primary responsibility will be to identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key partners to drive growth and mutual success. This involves identifying potential partnership opportunities within the B2B sector, developing and implementing strategies to engage and onboard new partners, and acting as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnership integration and execution, monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, and continuously explore new avenues for partnership expansion and growth. Representing the company at industry events and conferences may also be required.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with proven experience in partnership management or business development, preferably within the B2B space. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. You should be self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is a plus. Above all, we’re looking for someone with a passion for collaboration and driving meaningful business relationships.
